Edible Flower grows Oregon's finest flowers, herbs and vegetables. Our greenhouse grown produce is more flavorful than large commercial farms.
Here is a partial list of some of our produce currently being grown. Some produce is seasonal and in limited quantities . Please contact us for availability.

Pansies & Violas: These versatile cool weather annuals have a lettuce like flavor. They can be made into syrup or vinegar, decorate desserts or be used as a colorful garnish.

Lime Basil:
Basil flowers may be small but have a strong sweet taste. Basil is the perfect compliment to tomato sauce and pasta. Add leaves to a pizza topping or use the flowers in tomato juice.

Marigolds:
Use marigold petals as a garnish, sprinkle on top of soups, mix them with salad greens or melt them with butter.

Purple Lambsquarter:
A nice greens substitute for common lettuce or spinach. Lambsquarter leaves are dark green with a sparkling dash of Magenta. Mild tasting and adds color in a tossed salad.

Red New Zealand Spinach:
A rich tasting alternative to common green spinach or lettuce leaves.
